You pay to start, to connect each system, and then per case. Nothing per seat.

Built for developers

A documented REST API and signed webhooks. Start in the sandbox before any connector is live.

  • OAuth 2.0 client credentials, scoped to the services you subscribe to
  • Webhooks signed with HMAC, retried for 24 hours, with a delivery log
  • Idempotency keys on every write, and problem+json errors everywhere
  • OpenAPI 3.1 specification and a sandbox with recorded test data

BAA available for pilots with US customers.

GDPR and UK GDPR

A Data Processing Agreement for EU and UK customers. EU hosting is coming; until then, your own cloud is an option.

Patient references only

The API carries patient IDs, not names. Each customer's data is kept separate, and every request is checked against its account.
